This is Marilyn, an 89-year-old animal lover who recently donated some cat beds she made by hand to keep our shelter cats cozy. The HSVC cats and staff thank you for your kindness, Marilyn!

According to her daughter, Lisa, Marilyn is always making things to help local charities. She has made quilts for wounded soldiers, sweaters for children in Africa, and dresses for kids in the Dominican Republic, just to name a few. What an incredible way to help those in need. Keep up the great work, Marilyn!
