Support Disaster Preparedness and Animal Natural Disaster Evacuation Plans

The Humane Society of Ventura Country strongly supports all animal owners, including licensed kennel and shelter owners, in creating a disaster preparedness and animal evacuation plan in case of an emergency. We believe this will help minimize panic and maximize safety during times of natural disasters such as wildfires, earthquakes, etc.
