As the holidays draw near, so does the Humane Society of Ventura County’s charitable shopping event of the season! The Humane Society will host its 8th Annual Purrs & Paws Holiday Boutique and Marketplace on December 14th at the Chaparral Auditorium in Ojai. Proceeds from the Boutique will be used to upgrade our “Adoption Meet-and-Greet Yard.”

Presented by The Humane Society of Ventura County’s Animal Ambassadors, guests are invited to shop from curated vendors in one convenient location. This year, the boutique will include a bake sale and there will be more than 30 vendors, with an emphasis on handmade, from across the County (and a few really great ones from outside the County) featuring a variety of one-of-a-kind items. Participating vendors are hand-selected and some of the items they will offer are home and holiday décor, jewelry, pottery, cards, yard art, vintage clothing and accessories, aromatherapy bath products, handwoven items, plants, tote bags, baby items, collectibles, and much more! It's the perfect opportunity to cross people off your holiday shopping list while avoiding the mall madness!

Housed in (and next to) the Chaparral Auditorium at 414 East Ojai Avenue, the Holiday Boutique and Marketplace will be open to the public on Saturday, December 14th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Boutique admission and parking are free.

The event combines holiday goods and goodwill, celebrating the season by giving back to the Humane Society of Ventura County and supporting small businesses!
