This stunning German Shepherd mix is Gretel. Gretel is about 4 years old and has been at the shelter since July 10, 2015. Besides her good looks Gretel is an absolute doll of a dog. 

She is very smart and has everybody at the shelter at her beck and call with those big eyes and relaxed demeanor. When she is not out in a dog yard she sits at her kennel as calm as can be luring our volunteers over for walks, and guests over for a nice scratch behind the ears. We do not have any background on this classy lady but she does seem to like men, women, and children. However Gretel is definitely a people dog and we know she would be best as an only dog in a home environment.
