Thank you to the Recruiters from Navy Recruiting District Los Angeles - Coastal Division for coming to the Humane Society of Ventura County to help clean up around our grounds.

These amazing men and women worked to trim some overgrown trees, clean up our horse corrals, and rake up tons of leaves. They even helped us move a whole pallet of kitty litter into storage! To reward them, they got to spend time with our newest puppies who just recently became available for adoption.

We are very lucky to have groups such as this come and help around the shelter. There are always things to be done!
