On June 30th, 2023, a team from HSVC was on hand to receive a sponsorship check from Michelle Pitt-McQueen, Vice President and Retail Area Manager of Mechanics Bank (Ojai), and her team, in the amount of $2500. This generous donation was given to the shelter in honor of our 91st birthday and was used to help sponsor our June 9th and 10th birthday celebrations. We had a great turnout at both events and raised funds that will allow HSVC to continue performing vital animal welfare services throughout Ventura County.
