The HSVC was thrilled to welcome actress Liv Tyler to the shelter and even more thrilled that she adopted not one, but two kittens! Eleven-week-old siblings Johnny Catsh and Hank are now living the good life with Liv and her family.

Liv fell in love with Hank and Johnny Catsh while they were under the care of their foster mama, Kate. She made sure to be first in line as soon as they were made available. We have no doubt they will get all the love and attention they need in their new home! HSVC's Spin the Wheel adoption special has been extended! Enjoy reduced adoption fees now through November 30th! All adoption fees will be determined by our Wheel of Adoption. Fees range from $1 to half-price, and all dogs, cats, and kittens are eligible. Those interested in adopting from our shelter can stop by any time during visiting hours Monday - Saturday between 10 am - 4:30 pm. The HSVC is located at 402 Bryant St. in Ojai, CA.
