In honor of Vet Tech Appreciation Week, Volunteer Coordinator Audra Lucas has organized a safe and creative way to show appreciation for our Vet Techs! We invite you to come out to the shelter and chalk on our sidewalks a message to our three hard-working Vet Techs/Assistants: Christina, Natalie, and Megan! Please make sure to stay six feet from others and wear masks at all times when stopping by the shelter, safety first.  

Did you know the HSVC averages 1200 spay/neuter surgeries per year? Each surgery prevents thousands of unwanted kittens and puppies that contribute to pet overpopulation.
