The Humane Society of Ventura County would like to shine a spotlight of gratitude on our friends at Humphrey Giacopuzzi & Associates Equine Hospital. As long term supporters of the HSVC, their staff always go above and beyond to ensure our shelter horses receive the medical care they need. We appreciate their collaboration and passion for equine welfare so much!

Humphrey Giacopuzzi & Associates treats an average of 3-5 HSVC shelter horses each year, many of which are part of active humane investigation cases. This month alone they saw and treated four of our horses. 

"Dr. Fallon Haig and Dr. Erin Elder have been absolutely wonderful during our most recent visits. They approach some of our tough and odd situations with professionalism and expertise. The office staff are amazing and always greet us warmly. An all-around wonderful facility!" said Humane Investigations Director, Kendra King.
