Meet Carrie, a gorgeous 5-year-old cat looking for her forever home! This pretty girl is sweet, friendly, and very cuddly. She came to the shelter in early December of 2022 as part of a humane investigation. Unfortunately, Carrie spent her first couple of months at the shelter in our isolation room as she recovered from some non-life-threatening health issues. But now she is healthy, happy, and ready for a home of her own!

If you think Carrie could be a match for your home, stop by the shelter to meet her! The HSVC is open Monday - Saturday from 10 am - 5 pm to visit the cat and kitten rooms and we're located at 402 Bryant St. in Ojai, CA. 

Included with all cat adoptions is the first FVRCP shot in the series, a leukemia test (if age allows), rabies vaccine (if age allows), a medical exam good for up to three days from participating veterinarians, deworming, implanting an identification microchip, registration of microchip, spay or neuter surgery if necessary as well as a safety collar, ID tag, and a cardboard carrier.
