HSVC Hosting In-Person Animal Adventure Camp Summer 2021!
Calling all Animal Friends! The Humane Society of Ventura County is excited to announce that we will be hosting our kid's Animal Adventure Camp in person for the summer of 2021! Campers aged 9-12 (4th-6th grade) will be welcomed to the shelter property to take part in nature education, animal interactions, crafts, and more! This year we are also offering our younger Animal Friends to join in on the fun with the first-ever Animal Explorers Camp for children aged 5-8 (K-3rd grade)!
Both camps will be socially distanced and outdoors on the shelter property in Ojai located at 402 Bryant St. Animal Adventure Camp will feature four identical one-week-long camp sessions in which campers explore themes of interconnectedness, nature, and humane animal care education. Animal Explorers Camp will feature four one-day-long camp sessions, each with a unique theme. With special appearances from our shelter animals, you don’t want to miss out on the fun this summer!
