Attention kitten foster parents! We need you! Before the Covid-19 shut-down, we had all the pieces in place to start this season's kitten foster program at HSVC. We had to put our dreams on hold during our shelter closure, but that didn’t stop the kittens! 

If you are interested in fostering kittens for us, please visit the kitten foster page on our website to watch our informational webinar and to fill out an application. Once submitted, our staff will review your application and contact you regarding the next steps. Foster training and supplies will be provided to all qualified fosters!
