Kitten Foster Program

jospehine_kitten_5.jpegVolunteer kitten fosters serve a critical role in the Humane Society of Ventura County’s life-saving mission.  In foster care, rescue kittens get love, care, and the comforts of home so they can start life on the right paw.  You don’t have to be a feline expert to join our team. If you’ve got a love of cats, a willingness to learn, and a little extra room in your heart and home, we can help with the rest!

Interested foster volunteers should start by watching the short webinar below to get an idea of what is involved with fostering a neonatal kitten.

Think you have the room in your home and your heart to foster?  Please fill out the following application and drop it off at our shelter at 402 Bryant Street in Ojai, fax it to us at 805-646-6651 or email it to foster@hsvc.org:
