Pet of the Week - Wendy Nova

Fourteen-year-old Wendy Nova is still patiently waiting for her forever home! A gorgeous Quarterhorse and Arabian mix, Wendy Nova was brought to the HSVC in 2008 by our Humane Officers during an abuse and neglect case. She was adopted out and returned to the shelter in 2018 through no fault of her own. Though this pretty girl is not broke to ride, she has a great foundation of groundwork and would make a fantastic pasture mate for any friendly horse.

The fee for all horse adoptions is $200. If you are interested in adopting Wendy Nova, please visit our website and click the orange "Let's Get Started" button to fill out an adoption appointment request. Once submitted, our equine specialists will evaluate your request and contact you with more information about Wendy Nova. Please call the shelter at 805-646-6505 with any additional questions.
