Today was a very special day at the shelter! Porter, our longest dog resident went home with his new family! Porter was brought in as a stray on April 07, 2014. Throughout his stay in our care Porter was always a bright little guy, ready to play, eager to please. Our volunteers and staff could never figure out what was taking so long for this good looking fella to find a home of his own.

Well it finally happened! Manuel had adopted another dog from us almost 4 years ago and it was time to get a friend. He came in and fell in love with Porter. After a successful meet and greet Porter went home. We can't wait for the updates!
