This Giving Tuesday, Help Us, Help Them!

For over 85 years, the Humane Society of Ventura County has served the community with the goal of improving the lives of animals in need. All of our achievements have been made possible with the generosity of our supporters, whether it be donations, volunteering, or adopting.

With your help, the Humane Society of Ventura County will be able to continue its mission. Your donations provide shelter, medical care, spay and neuter, emergency services, and adoptions for the animals entrusted in our care. But that’s not all, the HSVC also educates the community about respect and kindness to all animals and is home to Ventura County’s only Humane Officer’s who investigate cases of animal neglect and cruelty.

As a private, non-profit organization we do not receive funding from the government or national animal welfare organizations like Humane Society of the United States or ASPCA. We depend on people who generously give to the animals and the programs that support them. To kick off this giving season, we humbly ask our supporters to include the Humane Society of Ventura County in their end of year contributions!

Thank you for considering this request for your support. If you have any questions about the important work we do or other ways to get involved at the Humane Society of Ventura County, please do not hesitate to contact us at 805-646-6505.
