Thank You Students of the Cat & Dog Business!

It doesn't get much cuter than this! We received this letter in the mail today from "The Cat and Dog Business" of Cypress Elementary School in Newbury Park, who raised 53.00 dollars to help the animals of the HSVC. We are so grateful for the hard work that went into raising these funds. Thank you for thinking of the animals!

The letter reads:

Dear Humane Society of Ventura County,

My name is Kathryn. My friends Audry, Brody, Shane, Zeyad, and I had a Maker Fair. We sold clay and origami cats and dogs. We made and sold our products to help you. I hope the money makes a difference for the animals.

Dirty Heads fan group Wicked & Wylee donating $500 to help aid in the rescue efforts of these beautiful animals and as a gift to our favorite animal loving band. Thank you for all your team is doing to take care of the animals affected by the horrific wildfires.

Lani, Instead of flowers (as I had planned) I made a donation to the Ventura Humane Society. Thought it was more in keeping with your heart. Love you.
