Six months later and pretty girl Sugar is still living the sweet life in her forever home! An adorable Border Collie mix, 1-year-old Sugar was transferred to the HSVC through our rescue partners, Kern County Animal Services. It didn't take long for her to catch the eye of her future parents, Jennie and Jim, and the rest is history!

According to Jennie, it took some time for Sugar to adjust to her new surroundings. However, she has since settled and fits perfectly into Jennie and Jim's daily routines. The sweet pup now spends her days going on beach walks, playing with toys, and visiting the puppy playground to play with other dogs.
