More good news! Today our beautiful Brown Betty went home to the nicest family! Brown Betty was brought to the shelter by our Humane Officers on December 09, 2014 with 5 other horses and 4 cattle. 

She was very underweight but responded quickly to the love and care of the HSVC staff. The horses brought in by our officers have seen a lot of hardship in their lives and it always fills us with joy to see them off to their new forever homes where we know they will be well taken care of.
