Paloma Finds Her Forever Home!

We are so excited to officially announce that Jade, now Paloma, has found her forever home with Greg! Paloma's journey with the HSVC began in September of 2021 after she and her sister, Jessie, were surrendered in the field to our Humane Officers. She was just 4-months-old at the time. After being briefly adopted out and returned through no fault of her own, Paloma was back at the shelter in search of her true forever home.

Senior Dog Sassy is Living Happily Ever After!

One year later and senior dog Sassy is thriving in her forever home! Ten-year-old Sassy was surrendered to the HSVC in early February of 2021 after her previous owner could no longer care for her. It didn't take long for the sweet Jack Russell Terrier mix to catch the eye of her new family and she was quickly adopted by Erin, Layla, and Jason. According to Layla, it's been nonstop love ever since!

Rayna the Explorer

We are very excited to share a pupdate for sweet girl Osa! Formerly Rayna, this adorable Husky was one of six pups surrendered in the field to our Humane Officers in the Fall of 2021. She was the first of her litter to find her forever home with Jill and Mark at just 2-months-old.

Snuggled Up Sienna

Seven-year-old Sienna, now Kona, is loving life in her furever home! She was previously adopted from the HSVC as a puppy and returned after her former owners could no longer care for her. We were thrilled to see the senior German Shepherd pup get her second chance at happily ever after when she was adopted by Zachary just before Christmas. The pair of pals have been happily enjoying each other's company ever since!

Dalyla and Atticus are Best Furiends!

Dalyla (right) was adopted in October of 2020 by Lynrose and Jess. The sweet longhair cat quickly bonded with the couple's ragdoll cat, Atticus, after his previous companion, Spencer, suddenly passed away. According to her new pawrents, the pair of pets have been inseparable ever since!

Snowball is our Newest Foster Fail!

We are pleased to announce that after several weeks in foster care, 1-year-old Snowball's foster family has decided to make her a permanent resident in their home! She will be living happily ever after with Beau, Marlene, Grace, and Destiny!

Little Bit Isn't So Little Anymore!

Looks like Little Bit isn't so little anymore! Formerly Weasley, this handsome boy was adopted in August of 2020 by HSVC staff member, Ralph, and his wife, Jennifer. He was just 3-months-old at the time of his adoption and has since grown up to be 14 pounds of love and fluff.

Grace is Doing Great!

One month later and Grace, formerly Matzah Ball, is doing great in her furever home! Pretty girl Grace came to the HSVC in late October with her four siblings after being born to a stray mama. With her sweet personality and soft coat of fur, we knew this 6-month-old cutie would need a loving lap to cuddle up in. We're so happy she has found that with her new mama, Suzy!

Loki the Water Dog!

We can't believe how handsome Loki grew up to be! Formerly Puck, 7-month-old Loki is one of Mama Juliet's 13 puppies born on Easter Sunday of this year. His new parents, Adam and Karrie, are just as in love with the sweet German Shepherd pup as they were the day they brought him home!

Moose's Name Truly Suits Him!

Moose has grown up to be just that! Formerly Tybalt, 7-month-old Moose was adopted back in mid-June by Emily and her family. He was about 40 pounds the last time we checked in with him. Three months later and the handsome German Shepherd pup is now up to 70 pounds! Wow!
