Ralph Saccomano, Humane Society of Ventura County Grant Associate, has chosen Midnight as this week’s staff pick.

Ralph who has worked at the Humane Society of Ventura county for nearly two years can often be found in the HSVC cat room drawing inspiration from the cats. Midnight enjoys the company of all people and according to Ralph is “a bit shy at first but kitten-like, affectionate and a very sweet cat.” She has been described as lovable, friendly and delightful. Midnight is a spayed female, black domestic shorthair cat. The Shelter staff estimates her age at 2 years 6 months. She’s been at the HSVC since January, 2018 and is ready for her forever home.

For those interested in Midnight call the HSVC adoption counselors at 805-646-6505 for further information or stop by the Shelter and let her win over your heart in person. Cat adoptions will include the first FVRCP shot in the series, a leukemia test (if age allows), rabies vaccine, a medical exam good for up to three days from participating veterinarians, deworming, implanting an identification microchip (registration extra), spay or neuter surgery if necessary as well as a safety collar, ID tag and a cardboard carrier.
