Spring Break Camp 2017 - REGISTER TODAY!
Just a few spots left! The Humane Society of Ventura County is offering a fun, service, and learning oriented spring break camp sessions for age groups 9-13.
If you are in search of some quality activities for your kids during spring break week and have a child passionate about animals then this may be the solution for you! An array of topics will be covered in this week long camp and will include hands on work with shelter animals as well as information about animals in the wild, both locally and around the world.
This fun, service learning experience will include:
*Hands on work with dogs and cats at the shelter
*A special Humane Society of Ventura County Camp T-Shirt
*Focus on animal training
*Crafts involving recycled/reused materials
*Learn about local animals
*Create habitats for wild animals
*Personality profile a dog and cat at the shelter for adoption
*Meet a unique rescued animal every day.
Monday-Friday, April 3-7th.Hours 10:00-2:30
The cost is $135.
