Introducing, Your Grace, the beautiful Duchess of the HSVC! Duchess was abandoned at the shelter on August 12th. Our security cameras caught someone dumping her at the shelter at 4:30 in the morning then heading down the road to their car parked off property.

Despite her sad and frustrating circumstance she has been quite happy since her arrival! Duchess is a long haired, brown tabby, who is about three years old. She loves to be pet and is very friendly with anyone willing to lend her a "hand". Come meet this sweet girl today!
