Pet of the Week - Pomona
Say hello to Pomona! This gorgeous 1-year-old Domestic Longhair cat was recently transferred to the HSVC through our rescue partners to find a new home. Despite her ear tip, this cutie is anything but feral. Pomona is sweet, affectionate, and wants nothing more than to be pet all day long. She would make the perfect kitty for anyone looking for a cuddly lap cat.
The HSVC is now open to the public to view and visit with the animals. If you are interested in meeting sweet Pomona, stop by the shelter to visit her! We are open Monday - Saturday from 10 am - 5 pm located at 402 Bryant St. in Ojai.
Included with all adoptions is the first FVRCP shot in the series, a leukemia test (if age allows), rabies vaccine (if age allows), a medical exam good for up to three days from participating veterinarians, deworming, implanting an identification microchip, registration of microchip, spay or neuter surgery if necessary as well as a safety collar, ID tag, and a cardboard carrier.
