Pet of the Week - Nanna
We need your help to find Nanna a home! This gorgeous 1-year-old came to the HSVC in mid-September with her litter of kittens. Each of her fur babies have since found their forever homes, and now it's Nanna's turn! Nanna is a very special girl who needs a very special home. She has a severe food allergy that causes inflammation, swelling, and itching when she consumes regular cat food. However, if fed the proper diet, Nanna can live a happy and healthy life. She's incredibly sweet, playful, and loves belly rubs. She just needs someone to take a chance on her!
Our shelter wants to find Nanna the perfect home and we will even provide a year's worth of her special food to whoever welcomes her into their family. Plus, her adoption fee is half-priced at just $60! Those interested in adopting Nanna can stop by to visit her at the shelter (402 Bryant St. in Ojai, CA) any time Monday - Saturday from 10 am - 5 pm. Help us find this special girl a home for the holidays!
Included with all cat adoptions is the first FVRCP shot in the series, a leukemia test (if age allows), rabies vaccine (if age allows), a medical exam good for up to three days from participating veterinarians, deworming, implanting an identification microchip, registration of microchip, spay or neuter surgery if necessary as well as a safety collar, ID tag, and a cardboard carrier.
