This pretty gal is Lil. Lil is a gorgeous 12 year old Red Roan/Appaloosa mare with striking markings. She was one of three horses impounded on September 6, 2014 by our Humane Officers. Since arriving at the Humane Society Lil has improved greatly and is now at an adequate weight.

We do not know what type of training Lil has had. If you would like to learn more about her you can call the shelter at 805-646-6505 or stop by and ask the front desk to have a kennel staff walk you down to meet her. 

There are currently three horses available for adoption at the Humane society in Ojai. The fee for horse adoptions is $200.
