Kona is a sweet 6-year-old, Boxer mix. She is super friendly and loves to be with her human. Kona recently had knee surgery and is healing up very well. Kona knows her basic commands and seems to be good all around.

Kona was initially abandoned at the shelter on 11/26/2014, though eventually  her owners did  step up and properly sign her over so we were able to get some background on her. Kona loves people, even strangers, and she likes to sit next to you and get pets.

She likes men, women, children and other dogs. She is about medium to low energy, but would still make a good running partner or beach buddy once she is all healed up! Come meet Kona today. She will jump onto your lap and into your heart if you let her!
