This dapper little man is Herbert, a 7 year old Chihuahua and Pomeranian mix who has been at the HSVC since 10/23. Herbert is the type of dog you could taken anywhere with you and he would be a star! 

Herbert is a joy to watch and he is eager to please, making him a great friend and companion. He loves attention though he would be completely content sitting in your lap! If you are looking for someone special to put a smile on your face Herbert is your guy!
