Happy is just that, a happy boy! This cutie is always a smiling energetic ball of love. A 4-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, Happy was transferred to the HSVC in mid-June to find a new home. He loves to cuddle and is very playful. Help us find him the home he deserves!

The HSVC is now open for staff-guided viewings of the animals and is no longer accepting online applications at this time. If you are interested in adopting Happy, stop by the shelter to meet him! Adoption applications must be filled out in-person at the shelter. We are located at 402 Bryant St. in Ojai. Included with every dog adoption will be the first DHPP shot of the series (if age allows), a rabies vaccine (if age allows), wellness check good for up to three days from participating veterinarians, implanting an identification microchip with registration, spay or neuter surgery, if necessary, as well as a collar, ID tag, and a leash.
