We are so excited to officially announce that Jade, now Paloma, has found her forever home with Greg! Paloma's journey with the HSVC began in September of 2021 after she and her sister, Jessie, were surrendered in the field to our Humane Officers. She was just 4-months-old at the time. After being briefly adopted out and returned through no fault of her own, Paloma was back at the shelter in search of her true forever home.

Greg, an HSVC Animal Ambassador, began spending time with Paloma during his visits volunteering at the shelter. While Paloma was shy with most of our staff, she took to Greg immediately and the pair grew close.

He then decided to foster Paloma in hopes it would help her open up better to others outside of the shelter. In no time, Paloma became our newest #FosterFail and Greg formally adopted her.

We could not be happier for Paloma! As you can tell by the photos, Paloma is living her best life with her new dad. Thank you, Greg, for giving this sweet pup the loving home she deserves!
