THANK YOU to everyone who donated to Bandit's fund over the past few days! Our supporters raised nearly $1000 to help cover the care crucial to get Bandit well again.
We have a very special pup-date for our supporters! Humane Society of Ventura County alumni, Moxie*, who went to the National Search Dog Foundation in 2011, received Re-Certification this weekend in Kansas!
Thank you Carpinteria LinkedIn for helping us out by cleaning up our dog yards, cutting low-hanging tree branches, and picking up weeds!
The Humane Society of Ventura County is offering to Ventura county residents FREE spay or neutering to Chihuahuas, Chihuahua mixes, Pitbulls, and Pitbull mixes!
Imagine waking up to this smiling face every day! Noelle is one special girl. This seven year old black and tan Hound dog mix was surrendered to the shelter on April 30th through no fault of her own.
A very special thank you to volunteer Navid Khoi for sharing his skills and expertise with the Humane Society of Ventura County.
Thank you Petsmart for inviting us to bring dogs to your National Adoption Event last weekend! We brought 5 dogs to show off: Homer, Ninja, Stella, Karma, and Arnie. We all had a great time and the dogs had so much fun.
Five bucks can make all the difference for an animal in need. Before you start your weekend, won't you please consider making a small donation to help Sequoia find a loving home?
