Mugsy is the Perfect Family Pup!
Riley, now Mugsy, is living happily ever after with his furever family! A 7-year-old Shih Tzu, Mugsy was surrendered to the shelter in mid-March after his previous owner could no longer care for him. Shirley saw his photo on the HSVC website and instantly fell in love. According to Shirley's daughter, Piper, Mugsy hasn't left Shirley's side since he was brought home!
"He is so happy in his new home and it has made a world of difference for my mom. He has had perfect manners and LOVES mom. She was recently widowed and very lonely and Mugsy has been a godsend. Thank you for your wonderful facility and service," said Piper.
Thank you, Shirley and Piper, for giving Mugsy the second chance he deserves!
