Mr. Whiskers family had to surrender him to the shelter for reasons unavoidable. It's rare that folks who surrender their animals to us participate in finding them their new home. Not the case with Mr. Whiskers! They sent us this video the other day and have been calling regularly to see how he is doing.

Mr. Whiskers is a handsome male, gray and white Domestic Shorthair. He is about 4 years old, and he has been at the HSVC since Feb 06, 2015. Mr. Whiskers is not your average cat! Although he is an indoor cat, he is halter trained and likes going for walks just like a dog would! He loves to explore new places and he simply loves people.
