Moose and Holly are Best Furiends!
Moose, formerly Tybalt, is having a blast living with his new best furiend, Holly! One of Mama Juliet's 13 puppies, handsome boy Moose was adopted in mid-June by Emily, Jennifer, and their family. They had recently lost their beloved dog, Wick, and were searching for a new companion for 4-year-old Holly. Looks like they found the perfect match with Moose! The pair of pups are now inseparable and love to spend their time playing, napping, and snuggling together.
Moose was born on Easter Sunday along with his 12 siblings after his mom, Juliet, was transferred to the HSVC from Kern County Animal Services. Our staff knew the baker's dozen of pups would grow up to be large dogs, and Moose is no exception! According to Emily, the adorable German Shepherd puppy is already a whopping 39 pounds at just 4-months-old! He will likely be bigger than Holly in no time!
"They are the best of friends. Moose definitely helped bring Holly out of her loneliness after the loss of her brother, Wick. We love Moose's floppy ears!" said Emily. We could not be happier that Moose has found a best furiend in his furever home. Thank you, Emily, Jennifer, and family, for choosing to adopt not shop and giving Moose the best life!
