Miester is 100% Adorable!

Miester, formerly Viola, was adopted in mid-June of this year by Kara, Annika, Joel, and their family. One of a litter of 13 puppies, Miester was born on Easter Sunday after her mama, Juliet, was transferred to the HSVC from our friends at Kern County Animal Services. The 6-month-old German Shepherd pup has grown up into a happy, healthy, 61-pound girl since finding her furever home.

Miester gained another fur sibling in her new home, a fellow HSVC alum named Jager. The pair of pups have become inseparable since Miester became a part of the family. They love to go on long walks and play in water together.

"We are so happy that Meister is part of our family! We got her DNA tested after adopting her. Turns out she is 78% German Shepherd, 9% Labrador Retriever, 4% Rottweiler, 3% Chow Chow, 2% Great Pyrenees, 2% Australian Shepherd, 2% White Swiss Shepherd," said Miester's new family. She may be quite the mix, but it sounds like Miester is 100% adorable and happy in her new home. Thank you, Kara and family for giving this sweet girl the loving home she deserves!
