Pet of the Week - Marguerita

Marguerita has been a resident of the HSVC for over 150 days! We do not understand how this gorgeous girl is still here! At just over 1-year-old, Marguerita came to the HSVC in early May as a stray after she was found roaming a trailer park. She can be sassy at times, but deep down Marg is a sweetheart who just wants to be pet. Her hobbies include scratching her post, chewing on cat toys, and daydreaming out the window. Help us find this pretty kitty a loving home!

The HSVC is currently closed to the public for walkthroughs to visit the animals. If you are interested in adopting Marguerita, please call the shelter at 805-646-6505 to schedule an appointment to meet her!

Included with all adoptions is the first FVRCP shot in the series, a leukemia test (if age allows), rabies vaccine (if age allows), a medical exam good for up to three days from participating veterinarians, deworming, implanting an identification microchip, registration of microchip, spay or neuter surgery if necessary as well as a safety collar, ID tag, and a cardboard carrier.
