License Amnesty! Between July 1st and August 31st all penalties and fines will be forgiven by Ventura County Animal Services. As a courtesy, HSVC can handle the licensing paperwork for you.

For a new license, bring in your dog's certificate of sterility and a current rabies certificate. For a renewal, bring in the renewal notice and current proof of rabies vaccine if required. It just takes a few minutes!
