Kitten Yoga is back! HSVC is thrilled to partner once again with our friends at Bodhi Salt Yoga for our second-annual kitten yoga and adoption event at the shelter! Join us at the shelter, located at 402 Bryant St. in Ojai, for two sessions of feline flow in our new community room, featuring free-roaming kittens! The best part? All kitties onsite will be available for adoption for just $18 as part of our Deal of the Day October adoption special!

Saturday, October 18th

Session 1: 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm • Session 2: 1:15 pm - 1:45 pm

Both 30-minute sessions will be instructed by Bodhi Salt's own Whitney Carver. Each session is donation-based, starting at $15, and all proceeds will benefit the animals of the Humane Society of Ventura County. Sign up for one class or both to double the fun!

Space will be limited to 30 people per class to provide our furry friends more room to explore. Note that children under 12-years-old need to be accompanied by an adult, and all guests need to register to participate.

This time of the year is referred to as "kitten season", meaning more mama cats go into heat due to the warmer temperatures. Like many shelters, the HSVC is flooded with fur babies during kitten season. We are hoping to find many of these adorable young cats the loving homes they deserve at our event!
