Joining the HSVC Board in 2020, Judy Diaz is a retired insurance/risk management professional from Tolman and Wiker Insurance Services, LLC in Ventura where she provided such services to HSVC during her career.  Her interest in animal welfare began at age eleven when she spent an entire summer as a full-time volunteer for the Tulsa S.P.C.A.  That experience taught her the importance of spaying and neutering your pets. She and her husband Don live in Ojai.
