HSVC Closed Monday, September 7th, in Observance of Labor Day
Reminder! The HSVC will be closed on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. We will return to COVID-19 hours, 10 am - 5 pm, on Tuesday, September 8th.
The shelter is still closed to the public, including walkthroughs to visit the animals and access to all buildings. We are performing adoptions by appointment only. If you are interested in adopting an animal, please visit our website and click the orange "Let's Get Started" button to make an adoption appointment request. Our adoption counselors will contact you within 48 hours of your request.
Our Spay/Neuter Clinic is still performing spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations by appointment only. Please call the shelter at 805-646-6505 to make an appointment.
We ask anyone coming to the shelter to abide by public safety protocols. Wearing a mask and maintaining social distance is REQUIRED for all staff and visitors. You will be turned away if you do not follow these safety procedures. If you have any questions, please call the shelter at 805-646-6505.
