Donate now to Celebrate Help a Horse Day!

Tuesday, April 26th, is national Help a Horse Day! This day is in honor of the first-ever arrest for horse mistreatment in 1866 after ASPCA founder Henry Bergh stopped a cart driver from beating his horse. As the only organization in Ventura County with Humane Officers investigating equine abuse and cruelty, this holiday holds a special place in our hearts.

To celebrate this monumental day in animal justice, we ask you to join our cause in protecting the welfare of horses in need by donating to our shelter. Your contribution will help fund abuse and cruelty investigations, provide medical treatment for animals in need, and supply the resources to house rescue horses comfortably at our shelter.
