HSVC alums Hank and Willie, formerly Atlas and Basil, are two Chihuahuas that were rescued during a recent dog hoarding case in Lompoc. Both pups were extremely shy and scared when they were first transferred to the shelter. The pair recently stopped by to visit with their new mama, Nancy. As you can see, they have blossomed into friendly cuddle bugs since being adopted by Nancy in November of 2020.

According to Nancy, both Hank and Willie love to play with each other, snack on treats, and, of course, wear the cutest outfits! They often go on play dates with two other Chihuahuas from the same hoarding case, Liberty and Charlie. We are so grateful they still get to hang out with their furiends! Thank you Nancy for giving these boys the life they deserve!
