Five Dollar Friday - Help Humane Officers Protect Animals in Need!

Only 11 more days until #GivingTuesday! That means it’s time for another #FiveDollarFriday! Did you know the HSVC has the only two Humane Officers in Ventura County? Humane Officers protect animals from abusive or neglectful owners, investigate cases of animal cruelty, and educate the public on how to properly care for animals. They assist in evacuations during natural disasters and work with local authorities to ensure our community is safer for animals.

Senior Officer King and Officer Utter work tirelessly to support, protect, and provide compassionate care to animals in need. Their services are provided without monetary support from the city, county, or state. This #FiveDollarFriday, we ask you to consider donating to our Shelter so our Humane Officers can continue providing their life-saving services to those in need.
