Fiona is finally getting treated like the princess she is in her forever home with Mellissa! As a longtime volunteer with the HSVC, Mellissa often spent time with the 10-month-old tabby in our cat room. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with Fiona’s sweet personality and beautiful looks. Mellissa brought Fiona home on January 30^th, 2020, and they have been inseparable ever since.

According to Mellissa, their time together in quarantine has brought out Fiona’s sassy personality. She quickly grew confident in her new surroundings. “Her favorite room is the bathroom, especially the shower where she loves to ‘sing.’ She loves meal time and cuddling with her favorite helicopter and car blankie,” said Mellissa of the spunky cat.

Fiona’s hobbies in her new home include following her big brother Pippin around, napping in the sun, and hunting the swallows outside the window. Fiona is also a working girl, acting as the official mascot of Melissa’s work team. She loves to ‘talk’ to Mellissa and even gets to sleep in her bed! What a spoiled girl!
