Lexi and a stunning German Shepherd who joined our pack in mid-August after her previous owner could no longer care for her. True to her breed, Lexi is very intelligent and a quick learner. She has joined our volunteers on pack walks around town and is learning to walk gently on the leash. Blake, an 11-month-old Alaskan Husky came to the HSVC through a humane investigation with our Humane Officers in late July. Blake loves spending time with our volunteers and joining us on pack walks outside of the shelter. He is very friendly, though very energetic, and will need a strong owner who can keep up with his rambunctious personality. We look forward to finding Blake an active and loving home that will give him the second chance he deserves! One-year-old Kayla came to the HSVC as an owner surrender with her friend, Lily, in late September after their previous owner could no longer care for them.
