So much sweetness for Cookie!

One-year-old Cookie, formerly Bee, is settling in with her fur siblings and new pawrents, Chelsea and Anthony. She’s definitely part of the family now! The adorable Boxer/Pitbull mix was transferred to the shelter in mid-August of 2023 with her fur bestie, Queen, from Ventura County Animal Services. She was a little shy when she first joined her new family, but in time, Cookie opened up and became the sweetest pup, hence her name.

Cookie's pawrents, Chelsea and Anthony, said, "She’s doing fantastic, completely calm/avoidant of the cats and generally acclimating well to her new environment. She has trouble coming inside the door sometimes so she’ll need training at the thresholds, but her fur siblings are helping her learn. We set up a WiFi cam and saw she curled up on a dog bed and passed out after checking the doors were locked. A very good girl!"

Thank you to Chelsea and Anthony for giving our sweet girl a loving forever home!
