Eight-year-old Carter has found his best friend in 6-month-old Parker! A cat lover himself, Carter picked out Parker on October 9^th as a gift for his 8^th birthday. The pair of pals have been playing and snuggling together ever since!

Carter is a frequent participant in our online Humane Education classes. His favorite program is the cat movement class where students learn about the body language and history of cats. Parker, formerly Little Gadget, is a 6-month-old kitten who was surrendered to the HSVC along with his brothers Levi and Sammy. We are happy to report both Levi and Sammy have also since found their forever homes.

According to Carter, he chose Parker because he was so cute and he thought he would make a good addition to the family. Thank you, Carter, for choosing to adopt not shop, and rescuing sweet Parker!
