We love it when our momma dogs find their forever families! Mona and her 5 puppies were rescued in the field by our Humane Officers and brought to the shelter for safe keeping back in November.

Mona raised her puppies at the shelter and in the last two weeks they each found a new home of their own. After her puppies were gone, Mona was very depressed and no matter what staff and volunteers did we just couldn't get her out of her funk.

But then Jay came along and we knew from the start they were meant to be together. Jay adopted Mona last week and as they left the building you could see the sparkle back in sweet Mona's eyes. Good luck you two!
