At HSVC, we believe that compassion is a valuable skill best learned at an early age. Recently, a special group of young animal lovers from Heritage 4-H proved just how powerful that lesson can be. Students from Heritage 4-H's sewing club, ranging in age and experience, visited our shelter to donate handmade blankets they had lovingly crafted for our shelter animals. Each blanket was sewn with care, and the thoughtfulness behind each stitch was as evident as the students' love for furry friends!
