November is Adopt-A-Senior Pet month! Nationwide rescues and shelters are celebrating the charms and perks of adopting a senior animal.

Halloween costumes are on-sale now at the HSVC! We have a good selection of (mostly small-medium) costumes for dogs and cats. We are asking for a a donation of $5 for each costume.
